Nazirah was born and raised in Kenya, East Africa. She studied at the University of Toronto prior to moving to BC. She received her Bachelor in Business Administration at Simon Fraser University. She became a Notary Public in 1991. She practised in Vancouver for the first 10 years, after which she continued her career in New Westminster. In 2023 Natalya merged forces with Nazirah Premji Notary Public and extended her services to the New Westminster area.
